Our Replacement Guarantee

We guarantee a same-day replacement for any plant that arrives damaged or in poor condition. Just send us a photo within 24 hoursof delivery on WhatsApp or email and we'll take care of it — no questions asked.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

  • Plant arrived visibly damaged (broken stems, crushed pot)
  • Plant arrived dead or in severely poor health
  • Wrong plant delivered
  • Significant size discrepancy from what was ordered

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor leaf yellowing that is normal during transit
  • Plant health issues arising after delivery due to incorrect care
  • Pots or planters (non-plant items) unless damaged in transit

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. 1Take clear photos of the damaged/incorrect plant within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. 2Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 95998 47846) or email (care@pranalivings.com) with your order ID and photos.
  3. 3Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
  4. 4If eligible, your replacement will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock) or a refund initiated within 3–5 business days.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. UPI/bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 days depending on your bank.
