By accessing or using the Mattee & More website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All plants and products are subject to availability. Product images are representative — actual plants may vary slightly in size, shape, and colour due to the nature of living products. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices at the time of placing your order are final.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). In the event of payment failure, your order will not be processed. Please contact us if you were charged but did not receive a confirmation.
We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and availability of the product. Mattee & More is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
We guarantee same-day replacement for any plant that arrives damaged or in poor condition — just send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. We do not accept returns of healthy plants. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
